Shipping Info

  • PLEASE NOTE: All of our product is made to order. Approximate Production/Shipping time is 2-4 weeks. Some orders may take longer. Please, be patient with us, as we are a smaller company and hand craft each item individually.
  • All prices are FOB Pequot Lakes, Minnesota 56472. Packaging, handling, and freight charges are additional on all items unless your order falls into the free shipping category. Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • PLEASE NOTE:Standard shipping is ALWAYS from our door to your driveway, NO lift gate service, NO inside delivery, NO weekend deliveries. If any additional services are required they are the responsibility of the client. Someone must be present for the delivery and able to remove your shipment from the delivery vehicle. A screw gun with square drive bits are usually required to remove heavy merchandise from pallets. Most truck drivers will help but by Federal law are not required to do so...Residential deliveries will be set up  via a call from the shipping companies.Tracking numbers will be provided upon request.
  • PLEASE NOTE: Ship times vary from season to season and job to job, some items are quicker to build and others are slower. Our standard lead times are 6-8 weeks but may be much faster if there is a dire need. PLEASE INQUIRE. Also exact days for shipments to arrive are nearly impossible to hit based on commercial carriers in the US. The only way to determine when a shipment will leave our shop is the day it is palletize and scheduled for pick up. 
  • Your items are always shipped via the method that gives you the best shipping price and quality. Freight rates will be calculated by the shopping cart. All orders will be confirmed with customer once total shipping is determined. You can also save shipping costs by picking up your items at our shop in Pequot Lakes, Minnesota or order a whole bunch of stuff. Please call for more info.
  • All orders require full payment prior to shipment. If you select to pay by check, you must mail a copy of your order with your check for full payment to complete your order.
  • PLEASE NOTE: areas listed below are higher cost freight lanes and an extra charge of $200 (or more) may be added (even on orders qualified for Free Shipping). You will be notified via e-mail regarding any possible upcharges prior to finalizing your order.

  • Freight Damage and Claims - It is the customer's responsibility to check all items upon receipt for obvious or concealed damage. All freight damage and loss claims are to be filed by the customer with the freight company immediately.
  • Due to risk of damage during shipping, some items are sold without glass (Cuyuna End, Coffee & Dining Tables; Mirrors), but are shipped with glass measurements upon request.
  • All orders are shipped via one of the following methods. We reserve the right to ship by best method available.

United Parcel Service

Small items, such as coat racks, towel bars, lighting fixtures, and small end tables may ship via United Parcel Service. A few items, like sofa tables, benches & 1-drawer night stands can be shipped via UPS with some assembly required.

Common Carrier (truck lines)

Most orders of larger goods will be shipped via common carrier. Items will be shrink wrapped, bubble wrapped, corregated wrapped then secured to pallets with runner boards and screws. Items will then be shrink wrapped together and again corregated wrapped and banded to the pallet. These screws and packaging will need to be removed at the time you recieve your wonderful furniture. Be sure to check for damage and note it as once a driver leaves there is no recourse by you or Timber Creek for damaged goods. Common carrier freight is a door to door service which actually means our door to your driveway, it is the clients responsibility to get the goods from the truck into your establishment.
